My speciality shot. I once made four in a row before. I am terrible at basketball outside of trick shots.

My pick-up basketball games aren't filmed. 
But seriously, it always baffles me when college basketball players throw up half-court shots and like shoot it over the shot clock. If it's uncontested you should be able to get very close to the rim most of the time.

I agree with that. I don't understand it either. You would think they would do that kind of thing every now and then at practice just in case a situation came up for that kind of shot.

No you didn't.
3 in a row is very unlikely for a weekend warrior, but not unbelievable.
I bet Curry hits probably close to 90% of his 3's in practice. So I bet he can hit 35% or so from half court.
I bet he could do 3 in a row fairly often if he gets hot.

yea one of my drunkard podnuhs i used to hoop with on wednesday nights has done this.

Considering how good Curry is, I bet he hits upper 80's.
You gotta understand... Curry can hit 45% in live games. That is off the dribble, off screens, catching and shooting, hands in the face, etc.
When these guys are relaxed in practice, with somebody just feeding them the ball allowing them to get in a rhythm with no defenders, they hit 3's all day like nothing.
