Yes, there's already a Japanese super-fan waiting in line for iPhone 6

We’re presumably about seven months away from the release of the next iPhone — these things tend to come in yearly cycles, and the previous iPhone, the iPhone 5s, was released in September 2013. But a Japanese blogger and Apple fan by the name of Yoppy recently took his spot outside his local Apple Store, at the front of “the line” for the iPhone 5s follow-up. (Of course, it being February, and there being no rumors that the next iPhone is anywhere close to a launch, there was not much of a line behind him.)

I'm surprised the Apple factory gave him off long enough to go camp out. And yes, I know he is Japanese and I am referencing Chinese, but whats the difference? All I see are squinty eyes, delicious food, and Nike/Apple products on the horizon.

People freak out way too much when a new iphone comes out. It's just a fricking phone! I'm still rocking the 4 and don't care as long as it make calls, sends/receives emails, and lets me view pron.

You are very correct. If I get a new phone I probably won't use any of the new features.
