Just ran in Cuban and walked out with a 6-pack of Southern Drawl. Can't wait to try it in a can and can't wait till they start canning Commotion and (one day hopefully) Reasonably Corrupt

Nice. I've been waiting. Love the cans. I think they'll so well. I've enjoyed on tap the few timesive had it. Except at rotolos. Their beer is always flat.

It's good times for beer drinkers in Louisiana right now. Seems like we have new beers hitting shelves every other week. WF in Metairie has 4 different So Pro beers out on display today.

I had the chance to have a few cans last Saturday. I love the design.

I told Andrew and Lindsey that I thought it was the best beer they made, and it was my mission to get everyone to try and like it. I really hope they change their minds on canning Reasonably Corrupt.

the new, tweaked recipe is much, much better than the initial recipe I tried when they first brewed it

It has a lot more coffee now, and I agree, it's really good

I have spoken with both of them about this and they told me it was a combination of cost of canning a new beer (can design isn't cheap, and you need to produce enough to keep it stocked) coupled with the fact that it wasn't their top seller (SD is their top seller). If the demand is there for it, they are all for canning it, but they are taking a wait and see approach regarding canning RC.

So what is the timeline for canning Commotion? They already have the label approval.

I would assume some time in the next couple of weeks but don't really know. I know as of a month or so ago they were still tweaking Commotion and they probably don't want to can it and still be tweaking it. Might be a while, might be tomorrow. I'll see if I can talk to the right people and find out this weekend.

Agree with you. I really like their can design graphics. Will be nice to pick up a six pack of this in the near future.

Prost!
