It is a pretty cool bar but the cigar smoke is out of control. It is a cigar bar so I don't bitch about it. I just don't go.

I wish parlays in lakeview would do this. I go in there to have a beer or two for maybe 45 min and when I come out I smell like an ashtray and feel like I have been there for 3 hours.

Louisiana still allows smoking in bars? I remember when chicago made the switch over. Smokers and bars everywhere were completely up in arms over it, and now people for the most part can't even imagine it how it used to be (and all the bars didn't go out of business like some predicted).
