I'm just saying that you have freedom to go where you want. I can understand if you have an aversion to smoking places. Lots of people do. But lots of people don't. Forcing them to comply with your view is not exactly an excise in freedom.

I'm a smoker and I prefer non-smoking bars. I have no problem stepping outside to burn one. And I'd rather not have my clothes from head to toe smell like an ash tray.

I had the secks in that bar when I was in highschool.
Just sayin.

Actually they do, its a private business that services the public. They have no right to ban smoking in your home.

My life is 1 million times better now I dont have to be near some mouth breathing, nose whistling inconsiderate douche smoking inbetween dessert #3 and #4
Banning smoking in these places makes the experience so much better, ruins some of Europe when Im back in that culture.
