Going down in a few weeks and someone booked us reservations at Jia in the Beau Rivage. It looks decent online. Anyone have any recommendations?

Whatever you do, Have Dim Sum and there will be more than enough reason for me to be jealous. As a matter of fact, Have lots of Dim Sum.

Their fish is really good.

It's damn good for a hibachi place. Probably one of the best I've been to. Me and the gf make it a point to go everytime we stay in Biloxi.

How big is the hibachi? I think the ladies would like that. There will be 8 of us. Maybe we can switch reservation to do that.

Is it a whole menu at hibachi?

I've tried the following things and they were all great:

Pork & Ginger Potstickers
Traditional Dipping Sauce

Firecracker Shrimp
Panko Fried Shrimp, Spicy Aioli

Burmese Crab Rangoon's
Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce

Chicken Ssam
Chicken lettuce Wrap, Pine Nuts

Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna
Raspberry Soy Reduction

Salt & Pepper Calamari
Sweet Chile Citrus Nampla

Mississippi
Crunchy Roll Topped with Spicy Tuna, Tempura, Masago & Scallions

Special Crunchy
Crab Salad, Tempura, & Topped With Smoked Salmon

Godzilla
Spicy Tuna, Scallion & Tempura and then Fried

Bubble Gum
Tempura Shrimp, Cream Cheese, Poached Shrimp & Eel Sauce

Jia
Lobster Tempura, Poached Shrimp, Eel Sauce & Tobiko

I have also had a special roll that had gold flakes on top that was really good.

I think the hibachi menu and regular menu are separate but not entirely sure. You can def get sushi at the hibachi table.

Normal hibachi fare: soup, salad, fried rice, noodles/vegetables, and whatever meat you choose. The portions are sizable though.
