The craziest part is that this was taken without any artificial light from the surface illuminating the sky, like how city lights block out stars. In a populated city on Mars with lights, I wonder if one would even be able to see the Earth.

Relative to other planets, Earth is probably the brightest. You would probably be able to see it.
