I figured out part of the reason some people suck.. The game is all about touch sensitivity and if there's any kind of cover on your screen it'll screw that up. I got a new phone without a cover and I was immediately better.

Don't see why he plans on being a game developer if he can't deal with one of his games being successful. "Can't deal" can mean many things. The attention? Legal issues, possibly?

I feel like it's got something to do with the design of the game. I remember when I first played it, I thought it was a Mario/Nintendo creation. From the pipes to the background to the bird to the text... I feel some lawyers are a knockin' on Mr. Nguyen's door.

Sounds like he's trying to get a rush of downloads ahead of the "deadline". Pretty smart if so. It will work.

Seeking attention maybe? It says users who have already downloaded the game will still be able to play. Trying to increase numbers for today, I don't know.
