He doesn't feel the need to drink at brunch. I don't know why you wouldn't though if you're there.

Brunch is such a poor value. Better order some alcohol to help recoup your losses. They hardly mark-up alcoholic beverages.

I started typing this at the table, then got sidetracked with errands. Sorry it took so long.

Poutine with two over easy eggs and house made sausage gravy. This was mine, and I enjoyed it. My wife found it a bit salty, but the flavors went together well IMO. Very large portion, would be good to split.

French toast with praline bacon and mixed fruit. My brother got this, and it was decent. Nothing really specially about it besides the bacon they use on the KGB burger.

Croque Madame with frites and house made pickles. My dad got this, and he enjoyed it. I did not try it.

Fried PB&J with banana, bacon and honey. My wife got this, and it was very delicious. Never had anything like it, and I thought it was great. The milk complimented it very well.

All in all, it was an enjoyable meal for us, and came in under $60 including tip. My wife wasn't feeling too great, so no drinking. Our waitress did mention that it was slower than they were hoping for, and that if we liked it to spread the word. We did, so here you go.

Technically it's not brunch if you don't drink. It's in the handbook.

For anyone or just her? You can't drink if the wife is sick?

Great, $20/ dish. Sounds like a great deal.

Congrats, not sure why anyone would head to the CBD for that meal. Do you live down there?

Food looks awful.

Under $60 including tip for four people isn't expensive at all. But I do agree the only thing that looked good was the last item.

Food looks awful? Give me a break. I don't even know why I deal with this board sometimes.

ETA: The dishes were around $10 each, but after adding coffee tax and tip got us around $15.

The food was good. Nothing spectacular, but certainly nothing to be a condescending a-hole about. But I guess that's the Obrah way. You and jones are adorable. Anything I post, shite on it. Y'all are so cool
