Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, & Skylar Astin have signed on for Pitch Perfect 2

"The rumor is sometime in May," Astin revealed.

You know this how? The first film received good reviews and made almost 250M at the box office and in rentals ... Kay Cannon is back on board (Tina Fey's writing partner) and Liz Banks is directing.
I haven't read the script yet, but i'm guessing it won't be shitty. Nor will the box office receipts.

There haven't been many decent sequels, much less chick flick sequels. Legally Blonde 2 was pretty horrible. I can't think of any decent ones (chick flick sequels)..
