Surgery was one week ago. Hole is healing, but now, there are white things inside. I can't tell if it's food or just skin covering it up. I've tried multiple time hot salt water to clean it, but see no difference. I've taken antibiotics, so I don't think I'd get am infection, but should I be concerned any?

If it causes pain probably. I'm not a doctor so if it gives you trouble go back to the dentist.

Just leave it alone. People have been getting teeth yanked for millions of years.

The white color you are seeing is normal during the healing process. If you start getting any discomfort or fever then I would contact the doctor

But if you are worried about it go see the doctor, he should be OK with it
