Should I be worried? I got a sudden painful lump bottom of my left forearm in between the muscle and the bone. Just appeared today.

I also have a lump for the past 2 years on the same arm but on my deltoid. It's just hard and non-painful. Doctor said it was just a messed up muscle.

If I should be worried, what type of doctor should I see? GP or something else?

you'd have to visit a GP for a referral. If it concerns you, you should get it checked out

i would definitely let your primary care physician look at it

not necessarily a bad prognosis, but any lumps that suddenly appear, and painful ones, are worth getting checked out

Could be MRSA. I had a similar lump Get it lanced and drained and buy Hibiclens to keep the area clean.

Next time remember hot to cold, cold to hot. If you do this you won't get any lumps.

Does it spread by hand to hand contact or does it have to travel across the torso?
