Its not that he's super skinny. Its that he has tons of loose skin.

Ravens' center, Matt Birk, did the same too. You take 100 lbs off anybody and they're going to look drastically different. Add that the photo is taken after a marathon... It won't be too pretty unless you walked the entire thing.
