Im not a big promoter of their biscuits and for the most part the breakfast is just decent basic breakfast.
But they can get a soft scrambled egg right and not many places can. I approve.

Breakfast at Frank's has always just been kinda meh for me but I do enjoy their lunch specials. The hamburger steak is legit.

The food there is pretty average. But I love the hams and turkeys from their smokehouse.

I like their Amite Omelette.... Has alligator sausage. Loaded with garlic. Wife hates when I get it... But its delighful.
The gator sausage omell, Biscuits and sausage gravy.... Then its back to be after breakfast. Almost assures me of skippin lunch
