Roger Staubach and Fran Tarkenton deserve to be Top 10. They were efficient and prolific passers during the 1970s for crying out loud!

why bookmark it? These lists are purely subjective. It's not like everyone is going to wake up one day and say oooohhhh draconian sanctions knew all along.
