is there any good that comes from craigslist?

Does anything postive ever come from that site (buying/selling, jobs, services, hooking up) ? To me it seems like its full of scams and ripoffs. Share your craigslist stories positive or negative.

i have bought and sold lots of shite on Craigslist...my fourwheeler i sold...and my jeep i bought...never had a problem...

Found a job and a place to live in New Orleans after I finished undergrad. Both of those things are good IMHO.
