Ice cubes in my freezer and what to do with them

All are about 2 tablespoon cubes I guess. This is what I have:
2 gallon baggies Meyer lemon
1/2 quart baggie Meyer lemon zest
1 quart baggie Satsuma
1 gallon baggie basil pesto
1 quart baggie sun dried tomato, pistachio pesto
1 gallon baggie pork stock
2 gallon baggie chicken stock
1 gallon baggie turkey stock
1 quart baggie beef demi glace
1/2 quart baggie red wine
1/2 quart baggie thyme and sage in olive oil
1/2 quart baggie tomato sauce with basil and garlic
All are homemade. I need to use up some but I hate throwing stuff away and I have plenty of freezer space. I've got about a dozen big cube plastic trays to use so it's pretty easy. Toss a cube of whatever you like.

The only unreasonable amount might be the lemon juice/zest. I would love to know I had all that at the ready.

I'll take some off your hands.

Well it lasts and I had to get them picked because of the freeze. I had probably 200 lemons and gave away as many as I could. I ended up squeezing and zesting about 50 I guess.
I hope I haven't lost my trees.

Some of my trees are not looking good at all and I didn't get all the oranges and lemons still on them picked. The bottoms were still wrapped from last year and I thought they'd be okay for the few times we dipped below freezing some weeks ago, but the leaves look shriveled up on most of my mature trees. The satsumas looked fine. I had some new trees also and I'd bet I lost those. I'm thinking I could be down about 10 trees or so. I had Yard Guy cover all of them before this last week, though. I'm praying. The older ones are about 10 years old and these trees are slow growers. I lost two nice sized lime trees a few years ago. Crushed me.
