All the news is releasing is that she was found floating near a boat in the river.
37y/o mother of 2 girls.
Her husband works out of state and was gone when he got the call.
Anyone heard anything?

Well that sucks. Def. no reason for her to have been in a boat in this weather.

Sad story.

Wtf man, nobody was on the river yesterday, and it isn't too wide to swim across. Either she got knocked out or someone knocked her out

What was she doing on the river in the first place? If she has two kids, that's fishy

Also, link?

News articles say she was found on Tuesday morning. How long was she missing?

Apparently she was dropped off by some dude Monday afternoon at his boat. Then when he couldn't get in touch with her Tuesday he called the Sheriff's office to go check on her and they found her dead in the water.
Not many details so far but a lot of shite is not adding up here.
The story is being reported on fox8live.com

Why would a married woman with two kids be dropped off at another man's boat while her husband was out of town working?

Something is extremely fishy here. Sorry to hear of your friend's loss. I can't imagine finding out my wife was cheating, but can imagine finding out she was cheating while also learning of her death would be much more devastating.

I might be able to get some info. I'll text my contact a little later. He should know something about it.

Pretty much everything 4LSU2 said. For your friends sake, I hope that's not true... He has enough to deal with.

Sounds like he let her borrow the boat for whatever reason. He wasn't there, he just dropped her off.
