How many calories do you think you consume in a day?

I'm using MyfitnessPal and some of the foods may surprise you.

But I use MyFitnessPal as well.

Before I paid attention and ate unhealthy, alot more

That's days I don't drink craft beer. You can probably double it when I do drink 4 or so

Dunno, but I know when I consume too much salt. I drink water all night and gain 3 pounds the next day in water weight.

That's what I hate about restaurants. I can't control the salt.

I average around 2600.

If I cut out the random snacks during the day, I'd hover around 2000.

A handful of dark chocolate chips here and there really throws you off.

On the weekends, I push to 3000 because I drink a few beers or glasses of wine.

same, which is probably in the 2k to 2,200 range on weekends, less during the week

During the week 1700-2200. Weekends more like 2600-3000 because screw it. But I track it.
