Mini Pies for Kids or Adults

These are mini chicken and broccoli pies, but you could stuff these with the flavors you prefer. I have a crawfish filling in mind. Something different for kids or a fun party food.

I've done that mixture in just a bit of butter for an app in ramekins. I sometimes top it with some toasted almonds. Delicious.
