How are you defining "find out"? Receive a heavenly vision? I'd ignore it. Hear some prophet say s/he had a heavenly vision? Ignore it. Be told by multiple reliable scientific sources that a comet was about to crash into the earth? I think in that case, everyone would know and the max out credit cards, travel the US strategy would not work.
