After Obama won reelection (handily), I assume all Republicans will lose. People are that stupid.

Texas is way to red to let that happen. She is raising some serious cash though.

If she does I have to flee to Oklahoma. But seriously they haven't even started their campaign push yet. As long as Abbott can paint her as the liberal piece of shite that she is he should be fine.

Her abortion barbie image will hurt.

Someone like Castro would be the best chance, but the Obama stench will need to wear off before he has a chance.

Also I believe a lot of her funding isn't from in state.

She'll get a lot of the female way to go sister vote, but not enough to win.

She's got a chance. But I'm thinking the more people find out about her... the more she looks like a one-trick-pony. Her "education plan" released last week was little more than "pay teachers more". Several teacher associations endorsed her the next day. Shocker. They are cheap to buy.

My only hope is to see ONE article about the election that does not mention the filibuster. Every damn article mentions it. It's hilarious.

That can only carry her so long. The gas is about to run out on that.

shite, Rand Paul had one hell of a filibuster and he's actually following it up with shite everybody who's not a nut job can agree with. I would wager I can't say the same for Wendy.

I'm thinking the same.

It will be an interesting election. I'm not a huge Greg Abbott fan. Not a hater either. Governor isn't a terribly powerful position.

The Lt. Governor's race is the real cluster. With David Dewhurst and Dan Patrick leading Republican contenders... I'll probably vote for the Democrat. Those are the two biggest dirtbags in TX politics.

lots of wishful thinking.

it will be very difficult, i don't think anyone would dispute that, but to say "no chance" is completely delusional.

i was mostly just talking to the board in general.

this board has been dismissing her as a serious candidate since it was first rumored she would run.
