Does anyone have any good workout and diet plans?

I'm about 155 and out of shape, I want to be around 165 and ripped without using weights.

Wear briefs that show off your bulge.

Whatever you do, don't neglect to work out your legs.

Eat lots of protein, get up two hours before you do now and use that time to workout.

Do this for a year straight and you should be where you want to be.

You want to pack on muscle AND get ripped without using weights?

Unless you believe Herschel Walker actually did this, I just don't think it is really possible.

You can do a lot with just bodyweight, or bodyweight plus sandbags and other implements. You won't be a 300lb offensive lineman, but you can get plenty big by most standards. It just takes some creativity.

I don't think you could be any more vague about your goals. I'm not sure if you're serious about getting solid advice, but you should probably put more effort into your OP.

For breakfast you need to eat four of those breakfast sandwiches from McDonalds. I don't care which ones you get, but make sure to get four. Order four hash browns, too. Now grab two packs of mayonnaise and put them on the hash browns and then slip them into the sandwiches. Squish that shite down and eat. That's your breakfast.

For lunch you're gonna eat Chinese food. Now I don't want you eating that crappy stuff. You wanna get the stuff with MSG. None of that non-MSG bullshite. I don't care what you eat but you have to sit down and eat for at least 45 minutes straight. You can't let go of the fork. Eat until your eyes swell up and become slits and you start to look like the woman behind the counter.

For dinner you're gonna order an extra-large pizza with everything on it. Literally everything. If you don't like sardines, don't put 'em on, but anything else that you like you have to load it on there. After you pay the delivery guy, I want you to take the pie to your coffee table, open that fricker up, and grab a bottle of oil. It can be olive oil, canola oil, whatever. Anything but motor oil. And I want you to pour that shite over the pie until half of the bottle is gone. Just soak the shite out of it.

Now before you lay into it, I want you to sit on your couch and just stare at that fricker. I want you to understand that that pizza right there is keeping you from your goals.

Now you're on the clock, After 20 minutes your brain is going to tell you you're full. Don't listen to that shite. You have to try and eat as much of the pizza as you can before that 20-minute mark. Double up pieces if you have to. I'm telling you now, you're going to get three or four pieces in and you're gonna want to quit. You fricking can't quit. You have to sit on that couch until every piece is done.

Sure, but there are a couple of things to consider about the OP.

Currently, he is a 155 lb self proclaimed couch potato. Best case scenario he needs to lose 10 lbs of body fat to drop his body fat percentage enough to show some definition.

He would then need to gain 20 pounds of muscle, without lifting weights, to reach his target weight of 165 lbs.

While I am not saying that it would be impossible, just knowing that he has little to no recent history of regular exercise, and that he probably is not of the body type to gain muscle easily.

Using just a body weight routine I do not see him making the type of gains he wants quickly, and would likely give up too quickly without seeing a ton of progress.

If he could supplement his workout with functional lifting using objects like a sandbag, then yes he might have better results.
