This is his second year, can you imagine next year with hopefully hickey, Morgan, Martin, Mickey, and the 7 footer. Free throws cost us tonight. If we got 65 percent from the line we win. Don't blame that on Johnny let our talent mature. At least he can recruit and Martin is starting to show his talents

I'm more excited about Hornsby and Gray than big Elbert.

At this rate, he may be back next season.

Me too. Gray is going to be the man. I have a really good feeling about that guy.

Might as well go ahead overseas like Hamilton did.

I get where you're coming from, but I am astounded how our fans think Trent Johnson's massacre can be fixed in one offseasons

Yeah, but Hamilton left because he was told he would be drafted in the NBA, which he was.

JOBIII probably wouldn't be drafted at all at this point. He would be an idiot to make the jump.

It isnt fixing everything that im worried about. Its the regression of players from last year thatworries me. That and you can run an offense without skill(though we have skill)...we have no semblance of a zone offense

I'm hating the "next year" talk but jones should be coming around by next year. If not then he needs to feel some hear.

We were out coached. Their press got us out of rhythm. Missed free throws and couldn't close game

2-3 zone killed us. They wanted to force Coleman & Hammink to shoot. Hammink was there just for defense so that hurt the offense even more

JOB had 6 points. No down low offense. Still stagnant on offense. See talent but no results.

Young team, talent, and great effort is the positive. This team can become great just depends on coaching and development.

This. Both Mickey and and Martin are ranked higher as NBA prospects according to ESPN. JOB isn't in the top 100 as of now.

Three games in and you are going to play the "wait 'til next year" card? Are you serious? That abortion on the hardwood needs to be addressed NOW! If we are going to throw in the towel already then get Quarterman out there to run the offense. Everyone in the league knows that our Oompah Loompah back court is no threat to do anything other than stand 40 feet from the basket and put up 3"s. Dribble penetration will break down any zone and allow these "talented" bigs to go to work inside. Someone (I am looking at you, Quarterman) has got to get the ball to the elbow on the drive and force the defense to commit. It's no different than running the read option... when the forward commits to the penetration, the baseline opens up for all of these high flying, slashing trapeze artists we have littering our bench. Running the shot clock down to 5 seconds and shooting a pull up 3 is not an offense... it's a travesty with the talent we have on this team!! *Steps down from soap box*

Agree with the lack of penetration. But not sold at all on Quarterman. Plays god D, but his Shooting is atrocious. I mean...what guard at a D1 level misses 3 FTs in a row?

Our FT shooting as a team is abysmal and a nightmare to watch.

It blows my mind that a team could be so freaking bad at FT shooting. The majority of these kids have been playing basketball since they were able to walk.

I feel you bro. If we don't make the tourney or NIT this year, CJJ will most likely get the hot seat.

This is the most stacked NBA draft in recent memory so hopefully we bring everyone back next year.

We need to hire an assistant coach that is 100% dedicated to teaching these kids how to shoot free throws. Its downright embarrassing.

I still think Mickey bolts for the NBA and JOB bolts for Europe. We need to put together a respectable season so we don't scare any potential recruits off...cough...simmons...cough
