Po Boy Express coming to the Niche building

Sitting at the traffic light and the sign at Niche is saying
Coming soon, Po Boy Express

It been closed for a few months. I think Poyboy Express and niche were owned by the same person.

I think there was an article where the PoBoy express owner said they niche was an attempt to start a new style. Guess they are done with the experiment...shame.

Close. Niche is owned by the son. Po Boy Express is owned by the parents. I think they wanted him to originally open a po boy express, but he wanted to try is hand at a different type of restaurant. My friends girlfriend went to school at Runnels with the guy.

I have no idea. Friends gf went to Runnels with him and he's middle eastern is all I know.
