Not sure that leaving is best for him. Projected at third round. He has great shot at high first round next year with this OL

Most of the folks on this board believed he was headed to the NFL, so not sure there would be that big of a melt.

Bigger meltdown if Hill stays and LF flips

Him staying would be the surprise even with recent reports. Him going should not cause a major meltdown.

I think the fact that rumors even surfaced of Hill staying would cause a massive meltdown. Especially after having us lose a bunch of in-state recruits. I think Hill coming back and talking Collins and Turner to return would do a lot to offset that frustration.

Does he still have a press conference scheduled for today?

Collins and Turner are more important, breaking in 2 new offensive lineman, 2 new receivers, and a new QB is tough

Why would it be bad? Pretty sure everyone assumed he was leaving all season.

Zero meltdown. The concern is more his staying affecting Founette's commitment.

Won't happen anymore for running backs. They're just not that valuable.

Well everyone expected him to leave because it's the logical move; however, the recent reports that he decided to stay built a level of excitement with the thought of a Hill/Fournette 1-2 punch. I for one would be very dissapointed if he goes pro now because of the reports. I think it's more a level of frustration with the waffling that goes on this time of year with these young recruits. Almost better to step away until after NSD in order to preserve your sanity.

i'm pretty sure LF has already stated that Hill's decision will not affect his commitment

not sure why this keeps being brought up
