Having a family reunion there and trying to decide if we are going to be able to make it. Is there anything to do for those under 60 years of age?

Don't know. They never showed Branson in She's Out Of My League.

it seems to be generally a destination for older folks...but with that many people going there every year, it has got to be pretty cool....I'd go..

I was like 12 the only time I went, I do like the Ozarks, but we usually stay in North West Arky when we go.

If you are flying, make sure your pilot lands at the right airport

There would be about 25 other family members there, coming in from Arizona, Kansas, Minnesota, and North Dakota. Some cousins I've never even met. My wife and I would do fine, just wondering if my 13 and 11 year old would have anything to do.

Silver dollar city actually has pretty got roller coasters, if during the summer there's a water park. If you never been its worth going.

There's a ton of stuff to do. It's family oriented and there's lots of religious slant. Some of the theatres have shut down and the folky stuff isn't doing so hot. There's a number of good golf courses and outdoor activities galore.

SDC is a must do, as is brunch at Big Cedar, and going up Hwy 65 to Lambert's. Just get a visitor's guide from the chamber and pick what interests you the most.

SDC has a new coaster. Makes three now, IIRC. Lots of shows and crafts. The city has attractions like Titanic, Replays Believe it or Not. Lots if mini golf/ go carts. The Ducks. Lots if different shows from music to magic to arcobates. Got to go to the landing. Just don't forget your wallet.

What's great about Branson is that if you are flying Southwest, they get you there no matter what.

It's not that bad. Make plans to spend some time at Table Rock and Big Cedar Lodge. Spend a day driving to Eureka Springs, Arkansas, which is a little over an hour away, to check out that town, too.

You could dye your hair silver to try and blend in.

for the kids, many things to do..Ripley's museum etc. Have been twice, trout fishing in the morning, going to attractions and stores during the day. Eats and a show at night.
Make the drive up to Springfield and go to Bass Pro Headquaters, not only a huge BPS, but they have a wildlife museum as well

Resturant- The Rib Crib!!

They have a pretty legit golfing course, the all you can eat snow crab legs, lobster, and seafood at the restaurant behind the building with the big arse rooster out front was great for $34 think it's called whipper snappers.

Go to bass pro in Springfield.

Zip lining, fishing, shopping, shows, IMAX movie, and etc......
