I try not to piss on my hands and given that my junk is clean, I don't typically feel it's necessary to wash.

Depending on the situation and the set up of the bathroom. If I can take a leak without touching anything in the bathroom including the doors then I don't wash. I know where my junk has been I don't know who has touched the doors or fixtures in that bathroom.
