Weird fricking neighbors

Across the street there is some family member of this neighbor that is CONSTANTLY outside! They are either going out to the driveway and screwing with stuff in their cars or just standing outside looking up and down the street.
They spend much more time outside than inside their house!
I make a point to look out my front window when getting up just to see who is out there! This goes on all day and into the night!
Who else has odd neighbors?

That's weird?
My neighbor's wife looks more like a man then he does, and I am sure she wears tighty whites and she has facial hair.
That is weird.
I also had an old neighbor that never ever ever wore a shirt. He was an old Korean war vet and was at least 100#s over weight. He would get expired food from the grocery store and give it out to the kids. He also had a tattoo of a naked lady on his forearm. That was weird to me, but I live in a trashy area. (RIP Mr. Wilson)

I have a weird neighbor that watches me when i go out to my car. The fricking loser stays inside all day and is likely jerking it while watching me go to my car

I have one of those neighbors that's always outside and never wears a shirt, he's probably 250 and has an insanely hairy back. They're always burning stuff and at trash day they put out several huge piles of trash instead of their trash can.

I told the GF I couldn't go to the city today because I had a ton of shite to do around the house. I have been on this site since she left.

These are the times I refer to my movie/tv knowledge and say: it's probably an A/C or drug related problem. Like maybe they're on the heater, you know what I'm sayin?
