It wasn't 100% certainty thats for sure.
He told a few Bama players he knew that he'd love to play them again next year after the game.

Also,

the NFL doesn't play the same kind of football so his game isn't going to entirely translate, therefore he won't be as drafted where he should be.

I think he is likely the best qb in the draft based on performance and talent.

The NFL will only see his lack of height,
and a style of play that the NFL largely doesn't like.

So yeah, best college qb by far may not be the first drafted qb in the nfl draft. What is so hard to understand?
