I'm sick of refs winding the clock when players run out of bounds

These guys must be taught, run the clock at all costs. I'm not talking about when they start it after the ball is set, I mean when they wind it continually.

If the player doesn't have forward movement when going out of bounds the clock continues to run

CFB changed that rule a while back to wind the clock on OOB plays until the final 2 min of each half.

You need to catch up on your rules. NFL and college changed the Out of bounds stoppage to only late in the two halves.

Hey Dolts, I said, not when they set the ball back in play, watch the sideline judge when he winds his arm or waves to stop the clock.

And it seems that with all that extra time they just stuffed more commercials into the telecast keeping the games the same length with less plays. Sweet
