Building a shed

I recently bought a house and I am thinking about building a shed. Any ideas on features you wish you put in your shed when you built it? Just trying to get some ideas before I go to the architect to draw up the plans.

10+' walls, depending on the size 12' is better...

what purposes will the shed be serving?
are there code or neighborhood association restrictions?

I'm in early planning stages for a shed myself but I think my idea of a shed and yours are in different ball parks. Architect? for a shed or a garage?
I'm thinking stick built sides, 24" centers with wooden runners on concrete block. See what I can find at the Habitat store for windows and doors. Old 1x12 fence wood for siding and a lean too on the back side for the lawn mower.

Whatever size you are thinking about, double it and that might be adquate!!!

Gotta have a steep pitched roof so you can build a storage loft/area overhead, it'll almost double your footage & keep a ton of shite outta the way till you need it....

Give us some more info about what you're doing.
If it were me I'd build bigger that you think you would need. Also, have garage doors so that you can just pull though and have them taller, like 12-15ft doors. That way you won't have any issues from putting a boat in there with a t-top. Double doors will also be good in letting a breeze go thru the building.
I love ones that have an area to clean deer with a drain so you can just wash everything down. Put some thought into heating and cooling. It's much easier to heat a shop than to cool one and in the summer a cooled shop is much more enjoyable.

It has to be 2/3 brick and it has to have a shingled roof. I would prefer not going to an architect. I tried looking up plans online but I didn't find any. The shed is mainly going to be used for storage(tools, lawnmower, etc...) I was just trying to get some ideas about some features to include in the shed or where to find plans so I don't have to go to an architect.

It cannot not be more than 750 square feet. Also it can stand alone

Is there a height limit?

What do you mean you couldn't find any? Couldn't find any you liked? FWIW there are plenty of shed plans on the net.

750 ft^2 and it must be brick? your getting into the realm of not worth the effort.
There isnt much you can do i nthe way of options.
7.5 x 10 - One door wide enough for lawnmawer. Slat wall system for hanging storage on one side. Build up as far a syou can get away with for overhead / loft storage. Lights will be a must. I would nto put in any windows.
No room for workbench so I'd build a freestanding workbench outside.
