I know Christian will play, but who else will start and who will back them up?
Thoughts?

Herron will be a good one, and expecting Bain to be decent...Gilmore will work into the rotation...Most expect Thomas/Locature to start, but watch for Herron....

Guys who redshirted this year like Gilmore and Bain, and Quentin Thomas. I wonder if they'll move Frank Herron to DT? He's a pretty big dude.

I think he was referring to former commit Tevin Lawson, who ended up at TCU.

Lacatoure... (Spelled his name wrong I'm sure)
Herron, Mickey Johnson, Bain, Gilmore, Thomas

That's 6 decent choices

Lacouture, Thomas are likely starters. After that, it's anyone's guess from Herron, bain, Gilmore, Mickey, godchaux. I hope moffitt gets everything he can out of these guys this summer in the weight room

Quentin Thomas was getting a lot of time during the TCU game at the beginning of the year then he got nicked up. He had some good time over the year despite injuries and played a lot in Ego's absence in the bowl game. I think he will be good! In my honest opinion Anthony "Weak" Johnson was way over rated and Ego was serviceable but nothing special. We may not be great but it isn't like we are trying to replace Kyle Williams, Glenn Dorsey, Chad Lavalais, Wroten, Michael Brocker or any stud like that. We may have to discover a new talent but our DT play this year was not good. I look forward to Bain! And Herron regardless if he plays DT or DE. I am also looking forward to Bowers!

Herron dominated the Army all American game at the 3 tech DT spot.

Would have played this season if not for a small injury setback

Frick this thread, but I have to say, Freak was dancing in front of the LSU sideline on the fake punt inside of 10 mins in the 4th like he did something, when actually Iowa #44 pushed him out of the way. Tahj Jones made that play solo.

I expect to see Frank Herron take Anthony Johnson's spot and Quentin Thomas take Ego Ferguson's spot. LaCouture, Bain and Gilmore will be in the rotation. LaCouture got the playing time this year, but I think that's only because Herron was redshirting. Herron's more athletic and disruptive, in the mold of Johnson, Michael Brockers, and Drake Nevis.
