Just spent three days hunting near Monroe... Wow. I've been making an annual New Years hunt up there for quote some time and I have never seen anything like this.

Somebody who's likely chargrilled you a few oysters in Jones.

It has been slow. I am hoping things pick up tomorrow and Saturday.

Our blind has gotten about 500 ducks - mainly teal and gadwalls.

The last 2 weeks have been very bad.

I was kind of planning on making a trip back to Mecca in late January for a hunt, but these glowing reports aren't exactly firing me up

Well, I figure you were with my good friend, Joe T. And I've fed many of his buddies at our Jones club.

I am hearing the same thing since Christmas. I may have seen some pretty incredible pictures to substantiate this claim.
