Work.
It looks like my season is pretty much over this year and it never really did take off. Next season is a different story.

Good luck to everyone in the woods today.

I'd give a lot for a box stand right now, had to seek shelter in an old hog building. On the plus side, I now have a dry 360 degree view of the woods.

Same here. Motivation factor is almost zero. On the upside, looking forward to the OU beating tonight....

set a rag spread today. killed a few snows at 25-30ish yards. Passed on too many 50 yard shots that I wish I had taken

Specs did not want to work. Snows worked good considering

No. I gave up my 700 acre lease in Monticello, MS this year. Wife and I had our first child in February and I knew I wasn't going to get to hunt much this year. My dad and BIL hunt in North LA and I have been able to hunt with them around the holidays. It is frustrating to not hunt as much as I have in years past, but watching my son grow and helping with that has made this season bearable. Josey begged me not to get out of my lease back in the spring, and said he was going to get in with me this season. I guess things all work out for some reason or another. I don't know.
