Manziel is Johnny Football- Mr Magic on the field. That was an amazing game tonight. I watched Winston play in 6 games and he did not have a performance that could match any of Manziel's games this year. ESPN promoted Winston just as ESPN promoted Woodson over Manning for the Heisman. ESPN has too much power in promoting popularity contest such as the Heisman. Manziel produced better numbers than last year and produced nearly 10,000 yards of offense in 2 years. Johnny Football will put some NFL team on the map.

So you missed Johnny against LSU and Mizzou?

Make love to me Johnny...please!

Seriously, close your legs.

I haven't watched the first FSU game this year. It isn't unusual for the best player on the best team to win the Heisman.

Manziel's Offenses have produced the 2 most prolific offenses in SEC history - Points and yardage. Yes, the TOP 2 offenses in SEC history and he did it against the mighty SEC defenses. So, when ESPN talks about Vick or Young, they ddn't do it against SEC defenses for a season maybe just a game.

What's really a bunch of BS is that Jordan Lynch finished higher in the Heisman balloting than both JFF and Tre Mason. Lynch didn't even play a top 25 team in his bowl game and we saw how good he was.

Which explains Manziel winning last year with the third best team in the SECw and RG3 winning it with Baylor the last two years........

The reason Winston won is because none of his games were as bad as Manziel vs Lsu and Mizzou, which happened to also be his finall two games prior to voting.

Some of you are dumb.

Manziel is an all time SEC great, but everyone looks like a heisman winner against duke. Go watch the aggy v lsu game and tell me he was the most outstanding player in the country. He looked like Johnny freshmen.... Again.

Fwiw I think without him they probably win 3 games or so. If he had fsu's talent, defense, and schedule his numbers would've been off the charts.

whatever dude.

they were ready and waiting to hand the trophy to AJ McCarron this year. Fortunately, Auburn beat Alabama to knock his stock down. Don't think for another second that they weren't either. If you really think that they wouldn't have, then you don't know what you're talking about.

Winston was the Heisman favorite prior to that as well.... Hell he was the favorite probably all of the second half of the year

I'm not trying to say that Winston didn't deserve it, he did.

I just feel like McCarron would have somehow won if Alabama had not lost to Auburn. Winston had some bad pub going on at the time. Whether that was fair or unfair... I think that would have opened the door McCarron for to win it.
