I'm sitting in Supercuts waiting to get my wings trimmed. Dude is getting destroyed by some #3 clippers in front of me. He's working on his first beard. Doesn't want it touched even though his head looks like a nightmare.
So do you beard?
I can't make it past that 14 day itch. I need to shave everyday to look presentable.

yes
trim with a 3 or 4 a couple times a month
September through march. clean shaven through the spring and summer

I just shaved my beard off the other day, for the first time in many years.
I feel naked. I like the 5 o'clock shadow, though.

I'm rocking a beard right now, since about August I guess. Have had one most of the last year. Keep the neck and cheeks clean and hit it with a #3 every other week

That's how you do it.
I didn't really want to shave mine, but my wife bought me a really expensive Norelco razor for Christmas. I like it a lot, and it does a great job shaving. I've lost a ton of weight, so I don't mind shaving now. I kept the beard for so long because it made my face look less fat.

i keep one randomly throughout the year... almost always during hunting season. ducks don't like white faces in the marsh staring at them
Have one working right now, keep the neck clean... Have to look as professional as you can with a beard. i will say it is depressing every time i grow one more and more of the reddish brown hair I had in my beard is now fricking grey/white or whatever color it is.
for the record 85% is black. I will agree that 14 day itch is a sum bitch.
