Going to spend a few days at the camp. The main course will be smoked meat but we will need some sides. Anyone have a few good sides that can be made ahead of time and then stored in fridge until ready to put in the oven.

If you have a stove at the camp why not use it instead of reheating shite?

sorry. I mean make something "raw" and then take it out there to cook... but it will need to be able to sit raw for a day or 2

You can make most things suggested and bake them there or reheat atop the stove for peas or beans.
