Just finished first week of T-25. Damn I am not coordinated at all, but find it way easier than insanity. But I like how short it is and don't feel like puking after.

So week 1 is over...I've managed to gain 5 pounds

I spent a good bit of my day saturday trying to plan out meals for the week to hit all my nutrition goals laid out in the nutrition guide. I'm confident that it's going to go really good for week 2 and help me come up with ideas to move forward. I'm trying to hate cooking less now that it's on me to do it.

On a more random note, I'm loving that I started on Sundays this time instead of Monday...having Saturday off is so much better than Sunday off. Now I have to get back to eating and drowning myself in water...frickin 2700 calories a day...aint nobody got time for that.

Agility X tonight. Lame. This is the worst workout in X3, imo. I hardly get a good sweat from it. The plyo pushups at the end is cool, though. Still, I don't know why they put it in there.

Really? I like Agility X. If you really push, it can be a tough workout. Maybe if you're on week 10, it's easier. But for the 1st block, it's pretty good. Good mix of lunges, jumping, and cardio type moves. It's certainly not PlyoX, but I think it's decent.

I guess after doing P90X, P90X2 twice, T-25, P90X3 four times, and on and on and on.... It's just not a very intense workout.

Pffffttttt. Y'all are the beasts, bro. I've actually gotten a little weaker. My max pullups have gone down. I just need to either get on Body Beast or do P90X/X2/X3 hybrid. I've just gotten so used to just doing 30 minutes.

I plan on starting either P90X or T-25 next week. Have both, but haven't decided which one to go with. Any suggestions?

what are your numbers?

i'm on week 2 and i'm 5/15 after testing 3/12 the first week and making it with no real problems (though sore the next day). I have a lot of room for improvement, looking forward to pushing myself each week.

Yoga tonight. Agility was much better last night than week 1, but I feel like I'm slowly getting back in to the groove of things...it still kicked my arse, and I managed to turn plyo pushups at the very end from a 1 minute break to 1 minute of walking the line in a pushup position like you're supposed to do before he calls for the plyo maneuver. Yay for progress

Did both. I like P90X better. It will make you stronger. T-25 will make you strong, but it's really a fat burner.

Tonight I'm doing 30/16 again. I may bump it up to 35/17. Not sure.

Just keep pushing, brah. I did Agility last night. I was going to sub in Warrior, but I just stuck to the routine.

How much time do you have, if talking original P90X? Average workout times in P90X are 45-60 minutes (Yoga is like 1.5 hours). But it's a great program. Much more about building strength mixed with some cardio. T-25 is more cardio focused.

Did Yoga X3 last night (start on Saturdays). Still so meh on it. I definitely need the flexibility, but it's no where near as intensive as Yoga X.

Yeah I did P90X a little over 2 years ago and feel off. It worked really good, but I just didn't stick with it. Getting all my food and everything ready to hit it hard on Sunday.
