Been there once as an adult so I think we hit the more touristy ones last time, but will be going again in July with the kiddo.

Already have a few ideas, but looking for any interesting ones I may have missed. We are going to do one quick and one table a day. Just need some help narrowing down on some.

We will be there for 7 days, 6 of which will be at disney parks (3 days MK and 1 at each of Epcot, Hollywood, and Animal Kingdom).

Animal Kingdom:
Quick-Flame Tree BBQ
Table-Yak and Yetti

Was thinking of just going to downtown disney on AK day, but the wife wants to try YY. Is it any good?

Epcot:
Quick-sunshine seasons
Table-either le celliar or Tutto Italia. We went to Chefs de France last time which was amazing.

So many choices here obviously, but not sure if I am missing something outstanding.

Hollywood:
Quick-studio Catering. We did pizza planet last time which we enjoyed.
Table: we actually didn't eat at a table one last time in Hollywood, but apparently there are some good ones. Syfy Dine In, 50s Primetime, or Hollywood Brown Derby. I am thinking Hollywood Brown Derby.

Magic Kingdom:
Quick- Definitely trying out Be Our Guest, but really don't know where else to try. Possible choices for two other meals would be Pecos Bills, the friars nook, gastons tavern, diamond horse shoe, or Colombia harbor house.
Table-we loved liberty tree tavern so will do that again. Also did the lady and the tramp restaurant last time, but will skip this time around. I am thinking Crystal Palace, but any other table service recommendations in MK?

We will do one night in downtown disney or at one of the other resorts so choosing be from Ohana, 1900 Park Fare, TRex Cafe, or Raglan Road Irish pub.

Flame tree is good. Decent ribs. I used to eat lunch there on my days off.

Epcot is where I worked out of. I left there in '07 so names may, more than likely have changed some.

The Garden Grill in The Land was always a hot spot, particularly in the mornings for Character breakfasts.

Le Cellier is good but the place is small. Get a place early. It ranks in the top 3 of all dinner service in Epcot. Mitsukoshi and Alfredo's finish the top 3.

Chefs de France is good, with all the windows overlooking the promenade. Don't forget about the upstairs there. It was called the Bistro de Paris when I left. Lots of people went there but like Le Cellier, it is small.

Mexico is decent, the San Angel Inn. They changed the boat ride in the pyramid since I left but I would assume you can still dine next to the water part of that ride.

Restaurant Akeershus in Norway is good if you like seafood. Particularly room temp. Never ate there but I checked it out.

Really liked the buffet at the Biergarten in Germany. And this is coming from someone who is very finicky.
There's not a ton of cabbage and stuff like that. Good sausages, noodles, chicken, gravy.

Nice setting with a log cabin with a water wheel and the Alpine trio comes out and plays polkas.

UK has great prime rib. I got it at a meeting one time. Very good.

You can go out the "back" entrance of Epcot, the Epcot resort entrance and go to the Yacht and Beach Club, the Boardwalk or the Swan and Dolphin. This is where I worked. Driving those boats.

Yacht Club has the Yachtsman Steakhouse and the Beach Club has the all you can eat Cape May buffet (clam bake, ribs, etc.)

The main thing at the Boardwalk, at least when I left, was the ESPN club. There was a place called Spoodles but I think it's a new restaurant now. Don't know the name.

Hope this helps!

ETA: Also, if you're looking for something off property, I highly recommend the Ale House. It's on the corner of Palm Pkwy and SR 535, next to the 7/11. That's where we would go after work. Try the wings, zingers and the chicken nachos.

6 days at Disney? You're a trouper...I couldn't do it. My suggestion would be to take a day away from the Mouse and ride the Hulk at Universal. (Although that Aerosmith coaster at Walt Disney is no slouch.)

Norway used to be one of the best buffets on the grounds before they went ala carte. Still good grub though. Germany provides a fun time, with both food and drink. Sausage, mustard, beer, om-pah band, scantily clad vixens...how can you go wrong?

Earl of Sandwich at DD is a good quick service meal, if you're going to be around there.

I love the Disney bashers that always show up. Ask question about Disney dining, get told you should visit Universal to ride a roller coaster.

Anyway OP, my wife and I take the kids at least once a year... sometimes 2 if the vacations fall right. Here's a list for you:

Magic Kingdom:
Tony's Tavern (Traditional Italian. We never not go here.)
The Plaza Restaurant (Good steak sandwich, reuben and club sandwich)
Columbia Harbour House (We really like the fish basket here)

EPCOT:
Via Napoli (Oustanding pizza. You must try this place)
Chef's de France (We've probably eaten here the most. Love everything on the menu)
Le Cellier (Good steak)
La Cantina de San Angel (This is relatively new but it's really good. Empanadas and tacos are legit)

Hollywood Studios:
Brow Derby (Wife and I love this place.)
50's Prime Time (Meatloaf and fried chicken are good. The atmosphere is the best part about it.)
Sci-Fi Dine-In (If you've been in the past do yourself a favor and go again. They've updated the menu. The burger is good along with the shrimp pasta, smoked turkey sandwich and reuben.)

Animal Kingdom:
Flame Tree (You already know about this place.)
Tusker House (Excellent breakfast buffet but you need to book it early. Like now if possible.)
Yak and Yeti Counter service (I liked this better than the sit down place.Good lo mein and sweet and sour chicken.)
Tamu Tamu (really good tandori chicken salad)

Downtown:
Earl of Sandwich (The Original 1762 )
Bongo's (Get the Pan Con Bistec. It's a thin-cut Cuban steak topped with onions, cheese lettuce and tomato.)
Paradiso 37 (Skirt steak, Enchiladas, BBQ pork & surf and turf are all good.)
Portobello (I like the gnocchi, and shrimp & linguine here)

California Grill at the Contemporary is really good. You can also work it out to watch the fire works at the MK after the meal.

Chefs De France has a Duck Confit dish which is really good.

For MK quick service Be our guest is hard to get into for lunch or dinner still.

Pinochios pizza was suprisingly good on the meal plan. The place in Tomorrowland absolutely sucks and gets good reviews sometimes but I would emphatically stay away from Cosmic Rays.

I would choose Ohana over other other choices you gave. My son was 1 when we went and we did Breakfast at Chef Mickeys which was def worth it for him. Breakfast buffet was great too for a buffet.

Crystal Palace we also did for my son which he loved but I really didnt care for the food selection there. Worth it for the characters but lunch was pretty ho hum.

If you can do Crystal Palace before the park opens I would 100% do that though. They let you in with nobody in the park. Something you wont experience very often.

In Epcot, skip Tutto Italia...not that good. Le Cellier is great and San Angel Inn is pretty good too.

Or, if you want to take a walk/boat ride to the Boardwalk from EPCOT, try out Kouzzina or The Flying Fish, both are excellent IMO.

Just a suggestion that works for my family.

We would always make a lunch reservation around 1:30 (or somewhere around mid-day) at one of the character buffets, such as the Crystal Palace at MK.

The reason for this was two fold. One, it gave us a chance to take a load of the feet. This is important to give young children a bit of a rest. Second, food is expensive at Disney. Having a buffet (and some of them are pretty nice - especially for a young child) allows you to eat plenty without feeling guilty. The buffet may be 20 bucks, but just getting a burger, fries, and a drink from a walk up window can run you close to that.

Depending on the age of your kid, they may also really appreciate getting to meet the kids.

We're spending two days in MK and one day at HS next month, and we were advised to go to Liberty Tree Tavern in MK, and sci-fi cafe in HS. She wants to meet the characters for lunch in MK the other day.
