Tony Romo - A system QB??

Every time a back up plays and does well, someone starts a thread saying the starter is just a "system" QB... Thought I would start this 1 myself 
Orton has 360 yards, 2 TDs and 1 INT... So does that make Romo a system QB??

If Orton chokes at the end, I will agree since that seems to be Dallas' system.
