Just shot my Tikka for the first time

Highly recommended on the OB, I bought a tikka hunter a few weeks ago in 270 wsm.
Finally got to sight it in today and I must say, my lord that Rifle is incredible. The trigger is absolutely flawless. Only took 3 shots to get sighted in, then my brother and I both shot groups just under an inch. And im not a 'great' shooter by any means.
I just needed to give props to my fellow OB brethren.
Also hit the 500 yd dong several times.

Congrats on the great choice in rifles. I'm a big fan of Tikka's more so than any other rifle under $1k

Just bought one in .338 win mag, at the shop getting a break put on, can not wait to bring it to the range
My .270 T3 is amazing, glass rod trigger @ 2 lbs, 3/4 inch group at 200 ( on lead sled and a hand loaded worked up cartridge )

I shot it up next to my 7400 30-06 (obviously not the same caliber). That really showed me what I had been missing.
I was also pleasantly surprised with the recoil. I might have to get another one in 223 or 22-250 for yotes.

i have a left handed 7mm remm mag with synthetic stock and stainless barrel. love that gun. i have had mine for about 6 years.

I've heard nothing but good about these guns and I want one in 300wsm. How is the recoil for such a light gun?

Great if you put the scope on right, but it leaves a mark if you don't!
