granted it's against ULL, but he looks pretty good out there. Did we not consider moving him to D? He could have helped this year, I think.

He played the first 2 years at DT and coildnt break the top 2 at any position.

ULL O-Line < SEC O-Line. Davenport was good coming out of High School but not SEC caliber. Glad to see him making most out of his situation though.

No stars showing, but he was ranked 56 in the 2009 class. So you assume he was a 4 star.

Heard the commentator say that as well. The dude has 18 tackles and 1.5 sacks on the year he isn't the "one that got away" .

He lost 50 pounds, worked hard, and is playing much better now.

I read where Davenport said he lost about 40 pounds after he transferred to Tulane

Well he is listed at 334 (looks bigger) now so he was 375-380 at LSU?
