There is some speculation on the Texas boards that because Jimbo was OC for Saban at LSU that he's providing some assistance to help Jimbo beat Auburn.

Jimbo - "How should I attack their run?"
Saban - "Timmy Jernigan"
Jimbo - "Well how come you couldn't stop it?"
Saban - "Brandon Ivory"
Jimbo - "Oh...well thanks"

Jimbo: "What advice can you give me about beating Auburn?"
Nicky: "Don't try a 57 yard FG to win with 1 second left."
Jimbo: "Duh!"

This would be a serious breach of Conference Coaching etiquette, so yeah, I could see him doing it.

Saban does not hate auburn as much now that Tubbs is gone.

Highly doubt he would do this because then Gus will go tell Saban's future bowl opponents how to rape his defense.

Didn't former Saints D-coordinator, Greg Williams, consult for Saban on how to beat LSU in the NC game?

there was rumors about it, but I dont believe it ever came to light that he actually did.

I dont think Saban would be helping Jimbo

If I were Fisher, I would be consulting with John Chavis.

I do find it interesting that the 2 coaches responsible for calling the game coached under Saban( Jimbo and Pruitt) as well Jameis being from Bama.
