Arby's has a new smoked brisket sandwich that is better than any smoked brisket I've ever had at a BBQ restaurant. (They put onion rings and good sauce on it and it is tender.)

I've noticed that most BBQ restaurants do not know how to smoke brisket. Every piece of smoked brisket I've ever eaten at a BBQ restaurant is as tough as shoe leather. The proprieters of these restaurants ought to be ashamed of themselves. If Arby's can figure out how to smoke brisket, than they should be able to.

Usually, when I go to a BBQ restaurant, I have ribs, so I haven't eaten smoked brisket very often, but I have had it enough times to know that they don't know how to make it.

According to Andrew Zimmern, only Jews and Texans know how to cook brisket. They must have some Jews or Texans working at Arbys.

Agreed. That's a great sandwich. I ate one every Friday for about a month straight.

It's called industrialization and manufactured chemicals. I'm imagining a large room with tons of briskets being filled with smoke while little robots spray down the brisket with lord knows what.

Probably cause that's how God intended a brisket sandwich to be ate.

I feel like, despite your mention of Texans, it is unlikely you've had much Texas BBQ.

Arby's also has the finest French Dip in the area...no matter what area you are in.

I've had much better bbq than the Arby's sandwich, but I will agree it's the best fast food sandwich of all time.

Hold the mayo, of course.

Looks like I know what I am getting for lunch today. I will make sure they add the mayo as well.

I mean Arby's isn't bad, but the best brisket?

C'mon man.
