Buddy has one on a 35 Whelen....seemed pretty sharp when I looked through it, but it was the middle of the day. He swears by em, and he's no slouch when it comes to killing big deer.

The Meostar is KILLER in low light.

I looked through one right at dark and the leaves on the tree I was looking at were crystal clear.

The box is even marked with something stating "for low light conditions".

They're up there with Zeiss I terms of quality. Maybe better. Super clear and pull in a lot of light at dusk/dawn.

Meopta is a great scope for the money. I think I would put them in my top 10 of scopes.

They aren't a Schmidtt and Bender or Khales by any means but they make a very nice glass. I had one for a while before swapping it out for a Khales.

An outfitter told me they were Swarovski glass. Think he said they were actually made by them. He had the binos. FWIW the next time I saw him he had the real deal.

I have two 3x12x56 meostars. Best low light scope I've ever owned.
