I was told to get garlic soup, quail salad and veal sweetbreads. So say we all?

What was in OP, the veal was most delicious. Everything was perfectly balanced but bursting with wonderful taste and texture combinations. Especially the quail salad.

I can't believe how cheap (relatively speaking) the quail salad is

No doubt it had more quail meat for $12 than an entree of quail I had at Ruffino's for about $28. And was better prepared too.

Last time I went to Bayona, Susan Spicer was standing by the door thanking/greeting everyone. On our way out, like the smart arse I am, I said to her 'give my regards to the chef.' She had quite a confused look on her face.
