Need some recs for taking the family (including kids) for a Friday night. Preferably one with a decent beer selection. Have checked out Seasons 52 and Chuy's online. Any other suggestions?

only place I've been near there is Chuy's, which I thought was pretty decent for what it is.. Mexican joint marketed to yuppies. food isn't bad. can't comment on the beer selection; doubt it's anything above standard.

Mud Town Cafe, has been solid, much better than the chains in the Summit and just a few blocks away.

If the weather is favorable, that hot corner of Chuy's / Flip Burger will be a winner with them. Beautiful view looking down 280. Yeah, you're looking at a suburb, but the lights are pretty and it'll be jammed on a Friday night.

Afterwards, ditch the fam and head to Hop City, World of Beer or Good People Brewing.

Hit up Flip Burger, not your average burger joint. They will have a couple good local brews on tap. Liquid nitrogen milkshakes for the kids. The chorizo burger is solid. House cut fries with smoked mayo are tasty as well. Good salads and sides too.
