Steen's is delicious, but sometimes I prefer maple.

We used to grind our own corn meal and make cornbread. Pour the steens on the warm cornbread and serve with a cold glass of milk.

We'd got to Church on Sunday during the winter and they were cooking it right across the street. The whole downtown smelled like Steens.

What kind though? I've found there's quite a large taste disparity between brands, grades and geographic origins of maple syrup.

At least with Steen's you know what you're getting every time.

Although I will take a great maple syrup over Steen's.
