Louisiana LLC's and Business

I currently work with it\technology skill and was thinking about putting adds in the paper and trying to find exposure to earn extra money. When is it good to file for my LLC? I wasnt sure if i needed to bring in enough revenue to or wait for a certain contract, etc.? Or go ahead and file to be professional.?

An LLC is like $100 so I wouldn't sweat applying for it now. For clarity, just do it.

Agree. Then sit down with your tax professional and figure out how you are going to be taxed. That's really the most important consideration here.
